SINOPSE:
Através de uma viagem pela memória da sua neta, descobrimos a história de Graciela Bográn, a primeira mulher na história das Honduras que conseguiu fazer parte de um gabinete governamental. A partir dos seus próprios escritos, mergulhamos no imaginário de uma das maiores líderes do movimento sufragista nas Honduras.
SYNOPSIS:
Through a journey through the memory of her granddaughter, we discover the story of Graciela Bográn, the first woman in the history of Honduras who managed to be part of a government cabinet. From her own writings, we immerse ourselves in the imagination of one of the greatest leaders of the suffrage movement in Honduras.

Cineasta hondurenha. Os seus filmes foram selecionados em festivais como o Sheffield International Documentary Film Festival, Doc NYC, Malaga Spanish Film Festival, entre outros. Recebeu bolsas de estudo do Locarno Open Doors, Berlinale Talents e Talents Guadalajara. Atualmente está a terminar a sua primeira longa-metragem documental "Allá Donde Nace el Sol" apoiada pelo IMCINE.

Honduran filmmaker. Her films have been selected in festivals such as Sheffield International Documentary Film Festival, Doc NYC, Malaga Spanish Film Festival, among others. She has received fellowships from the Locarno Open Doors, Berlinale Talents and Talents Guadalajara. She is currently finishing her first feature documentary "Allá Donde Nace el Sol" supported by IMCINE.
