SINOPSE:
Barbie, uma diva transgénero, amante de tatuagens e da Pequena Sereia Ariel, decide aventurar-se em Barcelona em busca de novas oportunidades depois de trabalhar como modelo de webcam na sua Colômbia natal. No entanto, a realidade que encontra está longe dos seus sonhos.
SYNOPSIS:
Barbie, a transgender diva, a lover of tattoos and the Little Mermaid Ariel, decides to venture to Barcelona in search of new opportunities after working as a webcam model in her native Colombia. However, the reality she encounters is far from her dreams.

Diego Cruz é um realizador e argumentista colombiano. Estudou Literatura e, ao longo da sua carreira cinematográfica, escreveu e realizou várias curtas-metragens, séries Web e vídeos musicais. Em junho de 2024, estreou na Colômbia o seu documentário de longa-metragem Barbitch. Atualmente, está a desenvolver a sua primeira longa-metragem de ficção, Los últimos románticos, e a trabalhar na sua segunda longa-metragem documental, Marithea. Além disso, colabora como criador audiovisual com organizações como a USAID, ACDI/VOCA e Red Bull

Diego Cruz is a Colombian director and screenwriter. He studied Literature and, throughout his film career, has written and directed several short films, web series, and music videos. In June 2024, he premiered his documentary feature film Barbitch in Colombia. He is currently developing his first fiction feature film, Los últimos románticos, and working on his second documentary feature, Marithea. Additionally, he collaborates as an audiovisual creator with organizations such as USAID, ACDI/VOCA, and Red Bull
