SINOPSE:
"Niki's Music Shop" - há muitos anos que o músico Tom Blankenberg passa regularmente por esta loja e fica fascinado com o facto de nada mudar aqui.
A coleção de instrumentos antigos na montra da loja permanece intocada e silenciosa há décadas.
E, acima de tudo, a loja está sempre fechada.
Quando Blankenberg se põe a caminho para descobrir o que está por detrás disso, a loja abre de repente... talvez a música esteja a voltar.
SYNOPSIS:
"Niki's Music Shop" - for many years musician Tom Blankenberg has been passing by the shop regularly, and he is fascinated by the fact that absolutely nothing ever changes here.
The collection of old instruments in the shop window has remained untouched and silent for decades.
And above all, the shop is always closed.
When Blankenberg sets out to find out what's behind it, the shop is suddenly open... maybe the music is coming back.

BIO PT:
Tom Blankenberg nasceu em 1970 em Düsseldorf/Alemanha, onde ainda hoje vive, trabalhando como designer de som, produtor musical e compositor.
Escreveu uma série de bandas sonoras para algumas curtas-metragens indie, documentários e livros áudio.
Em 2019, lançou o seu primeiro álbum de Piano Solo "atermus".
O segundo, "et", seguiu-se em 2021.
Faz digressões com a sua música na Alemanha e na Europa.
Para além disso, há muitos anos que realiza vídeos musicais. Começou também a fazer curtas-metragens documentais.
Atualmente, está a trabalhar no seu primeiro documentário experimental de longa duração.
Tom Blankenberg é fundador e curador do Düsseldorf Indie Shorts, uma noite anual de curtas-metragens para realizadores locais.

Tom Blankenberg was born in 1970 in Düsseldorf/Germany, where he ́s still living today, working as a sound designer, music producer and composer.
He has written a number of soundtracks for some indie short movies, documentaries and audio books.
In 2019 he released his first Solo Piano album „atermus“.
The second one, „et“, followed in 2021.
He tours with his music in Germany and Europe .
In addition to this he has been making music videos for many years. He has also started making short documentary films.
Currently he´s working on his first full length experimental documentary.
Tom Blankenberg is founder and curator of the Düsseldorf Indie Shorts, an annual short film night for local directors.
